Prices of advertising are very cheap (and a barter system is available), but are dependent on the product, the amount of times the link will be posted on the FB wall, and length of time the advertisement will be available for viewing on the blog.
Looking for a FREE and easy way to advertise.... consider a product review or giveaway! Blog posts are shared on Facebook in the Open Group with almost 2500 members in the Butler County Area. Additionally, this blog will be listed in Networked Blogs, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Product Reviews
I'd love to review your product and share my opinion with my readers. Please know that by sending me a product to review, it will not be returned. Product reviews will include a blog post, links to your site (if applicable), pictures, etc.
Product Reviews Policy:
I reserve the right to refuse the review if you send a product that was not agreed upon.
A product is required for all reviews and will not be returned.
Please allow at least 3 to 4 weeks for your review to be completed.
If you have a specific date in mind for the review to be posted, I will try to work with you to accommodate your request.
Sample sizes are not allowed. I need a full-sized product to adequately test out the product. If you send a sample you will not be reviewed. This site
is not responsible for any shipping costs. Any packages shipped COD will be returned to sender.
Giveaways
Giveaways are a great way to generate buzz about your products and company. The giveaway could be a product, tickets to an event, coupons, etc. The company providing the giveaway to our readers may also graciously offer the blog owner a sample of the product, tickets to the event, etc. in exchange for posting about the giveaway and helping to promote this on the fan pages (FB, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.). Product Giveaway Policy:
Please inform me what the exact prize(s) is/are when setting up the giveaway. I will not be held responsible for shipping the prize to the winner. I select all giveaway winners through random.org and notify them by an email that they have 48 hours (unless noted otherwise) to respond to. If they don’t respond I will use random.org again to pick a new winner. When they reply back I will email you their shipping information. The main entry for the giveaway is usually asking the reader a simple question or to post a comment. This main entry is in place to keep giveaways federally compliant and to avoid becoming an illegal lottery. I can also ask the reader like your Facebook page, follow on Twitter, etc. for bonus entries. I ask that you ship your prize to the giveaway winner within a reasonable amount of time after the giveaway ends
Note: I will never be comfortable with "selling" something I don't really believe in or doesn't fit with my mission to help those in Butler County save money and buy great products. Not all giveaway offers will be accepted.
